Home Modifications

Reviving Abilities will provide support in decision making and application of home modifications needed to keep home safe.

  • Chair modifications

  • Accessibility to sofa, couches, and beds

  • Stair safety

  • Kitchen accessibility and safety

  • Bathroom accessibility and safety

Identifying Safety concerns in the home

Reviving Abilities will provide a whole home safety evaluation that will identify concerns with the following:

  • Lighting

  • Toilet safety

  • Shower and bath safety

  • Bedroom Safety

  • Hallway safety

  • Stair safety

  • and many more areas!

Upon completion of a home evaluation, the client will be provided a comprehensive list of changes that will range from high priorty to low priority. The therapist will work with the client to identify areas of highest concern.
